New Lighthouse Playground!
Freshly installed: a brand new, beautiful playground just waiting for your kiddos to break it in. You may not have noticed because it's tucked away nicely in the shade. As you enter Chesapeake Lighthouse, take your first right, and the playground is at the end of that lot. See the photos below. Enjoy!

Trash pickup
Help us keep stray pests out of the common areas and only place your trash at the curb on the evening before pickup. This also keeps our neighborhood in top shape, enhancing property values for everyone!
Visitor Parking
As always, visitor parking is for...how do we say it? Visitors! Please utilize your homeowner numbered spots prior to using the visitor spots. We certainly want our neighborhood visitor-friendly for loved ones to visit.
House Maintenance
As summer winds down, make sure the outside of your property is in top shape for the fall and winter. This means finishing all power washing (siding, sidewalks, decks), repairing all rotting boards, and doing some touch up painting. If you have received a notice from Management about repairs, please take care of those quickly. This maintains solid property values in an already tough housing market and economy. Thanks so much! |
